Hi I’m Martin Brown – London Town with Mr Brown !
As an award-winning Blue Badge Guide I am an expert on London both as a city and as a holiday destination. I take great pleasure in showing new visitors the great highlights or surprising previous visitors with London’s hidden secrets.
In my previous life I was in secondary school education for almost 30 years and a Head teacher for 10 of those years. Therefore I also combine my expert knowledge of the history, geography and economics of London with extensive experience of leadership and managing events combined with unusual, quirky and fun tales of London.
I specialise in history, art (including Street Art), music, literature, Second World War, sport, food and drink.
My walking tours cover all areas of London and themes including Royal London, Legal London, true crime, spy-themed, music tours, street art, theatreland, the London of Shakespeare and Charles Dickens or I can design an exclusive private tour just for you.
As an award winner in 2022 for the combined Westminster Abbey, Tower of London and St Paul’s visits I also love to take people on tours of the British Museum, National Gallery, Tate Britain or Tate Modern
